The village of Loché now produces 32ha of Pouilly Loché. It's one of Burgundy's smallest appellations. This parcel was planted in 3 stages: 1/3 in 1951, 1/3 in 1982 and 1/3 planted in 1995. This vineyard, located close to the village center, is grassed. This wine is very lightly oaked. 100% Chardonnay. Sustainable viticulture, manual harvest, fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, malolactic fermentation, settling, ageing in oak barrels, ageing on lees, regular stirring of the lees, technical cork, clay-limestone soils.
