The pinot blanc cuvée, a rare grape variety, is the house's speciality. Reflecting the 2012 harvest, this cuvée delivers a flattering, frank and profound message. The low dosage allows it to express itself unvarnished and to appreciate all the nuances of its originality. Pale yellow with green highlights, a generous, invigorating effervescence. On the nose, Pinot Blanc Extra Brut is straightforward, expressive, fresh and fairly round, expressing mineral, almost saline, notes of white fruit, yellow fruit and citrus, with some floral and finely toasted notes. Round, generous attack on the palate, flesh, volume, mineral and saline development that stretches the mouth.

Une robe jaune clair avec de légers reflets gris-verts. L’effervescence est généreuse et les bulles sont fines.
Aroma
The nose is fresh, elegant, complex and relatively expressive, with aromas of white flowers, a hint of aniseed and honey.
