This cuvée comes from our Clos des Fourches vines in Tauxières-Mutry. Its finesse expresses the minerality of the chalky hillside. It is predominantly Pinot Noir (75%), with a hint of Chardonnay (25%), in keeping with the local grape varieties. Racking and disgorging by hand Unfiltered, unfined and unchilled, tartar crystals may appear in the bottle, without affecting the quality of the wine.
