E.a.r.l. Lejeune DirvangEstimated delivery between 3 and May 6,
A blend of several years, this Champagne rosé is the result of maceration of Pinot Noir from the Hauts Barceaux plot, planted especially for this purpose. This selection and maceration in open wooden vats produce an elegant, fruity wine. Partial malolactic fermentation. Aged for 11 months in wood and stainless steel vats, this cuvée was conceived over a decade ago, from the moment the vine was selected, to deliver the very best of the Louvois terroir: freshness and elegance.
Exceptional freshness; surprisingly round and dense, what a pleasure!
