This wine is a plot-based cuvée of Chardonnay from the best rows of the estate's best plot. Made from the first juices from natural pressing, this small volume of precious juice is fermented and aged for 6 months in French oak demi-muids. The fine, delicate citrus nose explodes with floral and smoky notes. The palate is voluptuous, suave and gourmand, dominated by citrus fruits (orange zest) and smoky notes. Very fine freshness, balance and length. grand vin - 2700 numbered bottles.
