The winemaker

A small, family-run vineyard, Les Grandes Costes respects the Mediterranean tradition. Located between Montpellier and Pic Saint-loup, the terroir is partly AOP Pic Saint-Loup and partly AOC Coteaux du Languedoc. White, red and rosé wines are produced from typical grape varieties such as Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Carignan. Winemaker Jean-Christophe Granier has successfully developed this family estate, and also produces the moderately-priced Mas Canaille cuvées in AOC Vin de pays saint guilhem du désert.
