In a few words ...

Our Viognier is atypical, and that's a conscious decision! It's livelier and more dashing than many of our colleagues' wines. We like it for its intense aromas and freshness on the palate. Vinification: each terroir is vinified separately. The grapes are destemmed. The juice is obtained by pelicular maceration and direct pressing. The musts are then cold clarified and fermented at between 15° and 18°C. The wines from the different terroirs are then blended and aged in stainless steel tanks. They are bottled in winter and spring.
