In a few words ...
Very fine, for this very rare grape variety, which is a cousin of Grenache. De-stemmed, crushed and aged in oak barrels. Zero sulfites, zero inputs, no fertilizers in the vineyard, no tillage. I nourish my soil with grass cover. I build humus and store carbon in my soils.
Beautiful structure and balance.
