    In a few words ...

Brut Rosé is a "blended" rosé. This is one of the two methods authorized in Champagne to obtain a rosé wine, the second being the partial maceration technique known as "saignée". The assemblage method involves adding a small proportion of red wine (or rosé) to a base of white wines. Red wines make up 10% of the blend. Made from Pinot Noir and Meunier grapes from Trigny, Chigny-les-Roses (Montagne de Reims), and Neuville-sur-Seine (Côte des Bar). Some are aged for a year in oak barrels. White wines make up 90% of the blend. This is a blend of wines of the year and reserve wines (around 25%) similar to that found in our Brut Tradition. An exemplary rosé blend, both caressing and fresh, aromatic without excess. A "blind" tasting allows you to guess that this is a rosé, its imprint being inscribed in the wine's DNA. Between naturalness and simplicity, elegance and femininity. Fermentation for the white blend (90%) takes place in stainless steel vats, with alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. Fermentation of AOC Champagne red wines (10%) is also carried out in stainless steel vats, with a year's ageing in oak barrels. Aging takes place in bottles on lees for at least 3 years, with a portion in oak barrels for a further 1 year and 3 months minimum after disgorging before shipping. Brut dosage: 8 g/L. Ready for tasting, can be kept in cellar conditions for up to 2 years.
