Champagne GardetEstimated delivery between 5 and May 7,
Thanks to a meticulous selection of quality grapes, this champagne is a model of non-vintage Brut. Emblematic of Gardet's expertise, it is the one that guides the style, preserving the organoleptic memory of Gardet wines. The main harvest makes up around 70% of the blend. We are generally about 4 years after the main harvest of a Brut Tradition available for sale today. Reserve wines make up around 30% of the blend. These are mainly from the 3 years preceding the main harvest, but some may be older. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats. We carry out both alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. Aging takes place in bottles on lees for at least 3 years, plus at least 3 months after disgorging and before shipping. The dosage is 8 g/L Brut. Optimum serving temperature is recommended between 6 and 8°C. This champagne is ready to drink, and can be cellared for up to 2 years.
