    In a few words ...

    The blend of this Champagne is mainly made up of Pinot Noir (75%) for its roundness and fruitiness, combined with Chardonnay (25%) for its freshness, it is the meeting of my Premiers and Grands Crus, while keeping the Clos des Fourches de Tauxières-Mutry as the mainstay of the blend. A multi-millennium wine, this cuvée is the domaine's calling card. Aged 11 months in vats for harmonious ageing, with hand riddling and disgorging.
