In a few words ...
This 2012 vintage Champagne comes from Clos des Fourches, the family's historic parcel was my only Chardonnay vineyard until the Mont des Tours parcel came into production in 2015 in Bouzy (Grand Cru). We aged the wine in oak barrels for 11 months to add structure. The finesse and airiness of Chardonnay, while retaining the power and fruitiness of wines from the southern slopes of the Montagne de Reims, evoke the great wines of Meursaults.
Fine, airy and delicate, a refined Champagne that will delight expert palates.
