It was in 1995, in the heart of the Languedoc, that the adventure began for Catherine Delaunay and her husband Laurent. Young oenologists of Burgundian origin, they set out to explore the Pays d'Oc and discovered a region with an unrivalled diversity of grape varieties and terroirs. This discovery, combined with the idea of creating wines for customers looking for simplicity and quality, gave birth to Les Jamelles. For almost 30 years, Catherine Delaunay has been involved in a perpetual process of creation, guaranteeing the style of the wines she composes and blends with her teams, with a philosophy: freshness, balance, expressive and typical of their grape variety.
