CUVÉE ANNIVERSAIRE 120 ans Limited Edition ...1 Cuvée, 12 Vendanges, 120 Years of History... September 15, 1943, after a frost-free year with clement weather, the harvest begins in Champagne... It's also the starting point for this cuvée made up of 12 vintages. The blend then takes us to 1947, an exceptional year in which disease seems to have deserted the Champagne vineyards. The following ten vintages were then chosen to magnify this blend of rare finesse, retracing Champagne's finest years up to the 2011 harvest. This particular blend, combined with Gardet's expertise, gives this cuvée its distinctive character. Different years, know-how handed down from generation to generation, make this a unique champagne, rooted in the past and definitively enigmatic. Technical data : Blend of 12 harvests: 1943, 1947, 1959, 1988, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2011, including 15% very old vintages. Dosage: approx. 2g/l, Extra-Brut.

Aroma
Fresh, intense nose with floral accents.
Taste
On the palate, the attack is lively, revealing the characteristic freshness of this cuvée, with aromas of lime and candied lemon.
