Champagne Demi-Sec is a dosed version of Brut Tradition. Reserved for lovers of sweet, mellow wines, it reveals all its richness, particularly with desserts, where it combines fruity aromas and creamy or smooth textures with the sugar provided by the wine. Blending chronology: this Demi-Sec is "non-vintage", the House's savoir-faire being to offer a consistent style and quality by finding the perfect balance between wines of the year and the collection of reserve wines at our disposal. The main harvest represents around 70% of the blend. We are generally 4 years after the main harvest of a Brut Tradition available for sale today. Reserve wines make up around 30% of the blend. These are mainly from the 3 years preceding the main harvest, but some may be older. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats: alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. Aging is carried out in bottles on lees for at least 3 years + a minimum of 3 months after disgorgement before shipping. Dosage is Demi-Sec: 36 g/L. Shipping & storage : Ready for tasting, can be stored in cellar conditions for up to 2 years.
