In a few words ...
Produced using organic viticulture and vinification methods, this Champagne reflects the soul of the Champagne terroirs. Thanks to a meticulous selection of quality grapes grown according to the principles of organic viticulture, this cuvée is made from 30% Pinot Noir, 50% Meunier and 20% Chardonnay grapes from all over Champagne. A model of non-vintage Brut, emblematic of Champagne know-how and respectful of its terroir. This cuvée is dosed at 7 g/l, aged in the cellar for around 3 years on its lees, and is ready for tasting.

Appearance
A luminous golden yellow in color, characterized by fine, lively bubbles.
Aroma
The nose is floral (violet and lime blossom), evolving towards more vegetal notes of fern and truffle.

The palate is light and subtle. Notes of citrus and exotic fruit emerge, followed by a delicate touch of honey and brioche bread.
